Let's bring Rhinos to Niabi Zoo!

As a military family, we move all over and one of the first places my kids ask to find is the closest zoo! We have had the benefit of living close to large, well-funded zoos and, for the first time, we have been assigned to an area that has a hidden gem: Niabi Zoo.

Unlike others, Niabi is small and relies heavily on community support. The zoo has has been hit very hard by the pandemic. They’ve tirelessly and creatively dedicated a safe experience for visitors and has been one of the few places we have been able to confidently visit and enjoy since moving to the Quad Cities this summer.

And despite their challenges, they continue to offer loving refuge and protection to our cherish creatures from around the world. Niabi is adding to their animal family and need our help! The newest members of their “wild bunch” are two White Rhinos!

I humbly ask that you join me in supporting Niabi to help bring White Rhinos to the Zoo. Let’s help today to assure a better tomorrow for all living things, and the first step in that quest is education and exposure. Our family has been so lucky to experience world-class zoos around the globe, and hope to be a part in help making Niabi the best it can be for our Quad City families!
